"The Southgate area encompasses the HWT Tower, IBM Tower, Southgate carpark and the Southgate Arts and Leisure Precinct.
HWT Tower has 24 levels of tenantable space of approximately 1,050 spuare metres, on each floor. There are two plantroom levels.
IBM Tower has 30 levels of tenantable space of approximately 1,100 square metres, on each floor. There are two plantroom levels.
Arts and Leisure Precinct has 3 levels equating to some 3,500 square meters of retailer trading. This area accommodates some of Melbourne's most highly regarded restaurants and specialty stores.
The carpark, which is over two levels, occupies 50,800 square metres.
All of these areas are fully fire protected by Sprinklers, Hydrants, EWIS, Thermal and Smoke Protection.
CFP were appointed to the Southgate Buildings in July 2002. Over the last three years our maintenance and service has vastly improved. The number of breakdowns have reduced dramatically. For auditing purposes the level of documentation has been a life saver on many occasions.
I cannot speak too highly of the level of services that Southgate Management and its Tenancies have received from Choice Fire.

"The Salvation Army Traing College (SATC) engaged the services of CFP in 2003 and they continue (2008) to service our Fire Panel, EWIS Board and Sprinkler System on a regular basis.
While there have been issues to work through from time to time, we have found them to be obliging and accommodating in dealing with those issues, the end result being one of satisfaction for both parties.
CFP not only carry out regular servicing of the Fire Panel, EWIS Board and Sprinkler System, but also attend to other maintenance works with respect to those systems as required, in a timely manner.
The SATC have an external auditor to check Compliance of the Essential Services at the College and CFP carry out their obligatory reporting on time to auditor when the testing is done.
As of November 2008 SATC has renewed CFP's contract for a further 12 months and look forward to a continued happy association during this period."
