Choice Fire Protection Pty Ltd (CFP) was formed in 1994, and operates in the building and construction industry. We install all types of fixed fire protection systems including fire sprinkler systems, smoke detection systems, hydrant and hose reel systems, EWIS and occupant warning systems, Vesda systems, and special hazard systems.
CFP employs all of its own employees including sprinkler fitters and electricians, this is of great advantage for the client as sub-contractors costs are not incurred.
The company has completed projects on small, medium and large developments and is experienced enough to know were the best position in the market should be.
Even in the early days, we put our clients needs ahead of ours, that is probably why we had a minimum of 45% growth in the first 5 years, even now, we will have a foreman on a new job we are doing asks for a particular Charge hand because, “he had done a great job last time”. It means we are putting our client’s needs first.
Although I have constantly said, “we would not get to big”, we have grown with our existing and new clients needs, which is why we are preferred contractors on many builders lists.
CFP is committed to OH&S and the environment, we were the first construction company to issue its employees “PPE bags” with each employee having their own personal protective equipment with them at all times, our relevant policies can found on this Web site.
Our targeted audience will continue to be builders and consultants and will be reached through our advanced marketing strategy, our geographic scope will predominately be within the greater Melbourne area, however country work will be entertained as determined by industry demands.
The continual improvement of the company will be quantified through our key strategic indicator process, both tangible and intangible items with be tracked and evaluated.
Choice Fire Protection P/L will target the medium sized projects and will cap any one project at $2m, any other costs including sub-contractors can be in excess of the $2m.
Choice Fire Protection P/L will be not the biggest, but the best provider of fixed fire protection systems in Victoria.
