CFP inspects tests and maintains fire protection systems to buildings, shopping centres, industrial, commercial and residential premises. Our clients are property owners, Property managers, Government departments, owners corporations and other organizations that have a property management portfolio, or the responsibility of maintaining essential services.
Our services are broken up into two groups, the first being inspection and testing of fire protection equipment and infrastructures, and the second being the maintenance and alterations to existing fire protection systems with our goal to be able to achieve a sustainable volume growth in both groups.
We have a diverse customer base ranging from large government departments with property portfolios to the single building owner or occupier. We also aim to limit the value of any one customer to 30% of our total annual income.
CFP works mainly in the greater Melbourne Metropolitan area and generally within a 30 KM radius from the Melbourne GPO, but will travel throughout Victoria depending on demand and the volume of premises.
CFP will continue maintaining fire protection systems in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards in a unique way, and we will leave a positive impression on our clients as we complete our daily tasks.
CFP has its own employees for all disciplines and does not rely on sub-contractors as we directly employ sprinkler fitters, electricians, and portables testers. We inspect and test the following disciplines in-house,

Our unique customer log-in service where a client can enter our web site via a user name and password, then access the history of maintenance for their site(s).
